Real estate investors have an advantage over realtors in my opinion. Many homeowners don’t want to pay the commissions to realtors and they want to bypass a lot of the headaches associated with selling a home.
Investors can swoop in and buy a home ‘as is’, pay a fair price, and take the burden of paperwork and fixing up the house off of the sellers hands.
