Neighborhood Real Estate Marketing Letters!

The following sample neighborhood real estate marketing letters are a bit different than what you might expect. It’s an introduction letter sequence combined with a lead generation component.

In the examples below I am using a ‘lead generation magnet’. A lead generation magnet is usually an information product like a book, report, or guide which has a high perceived value. It also helps establish you as an expert in your industry.

Side Bar: you should have several ‘magnets’ available to use in different niches, but that is a separate conversation.

In the neighborhood real estate marketing letter examples below we are contacting our make-believe neighborhood (farm) with a simple introduction and a special offer.

[Be sure to read the additional tips below the letters].

New Restaurant Introduction Letter!

Do you need a new restaurant introduction letter? If so you may want to read this short guide and letter example below.

Many years ago I read a fantastic book on marketing called Mind Your Own business by a grocery store owner and marketing guru, Murray Raphel. In this book were several different real life and effective marketing strategies that were used by different businesses. I don’t remember any of them except one.

The one I remember was a was a simple but powerful introduction letter that a new Deli owner sent to small businesses in the area. I remember this letter because it had a great headline and an even better offer.

The new restaurant introduction letter headline went something like this:

Real Estate Introduction Letter To Friends!

The most difficult part of being a real estate agent is getting new clients, especially when you are just starting out. The challenge of acquiring new clients is one reason there is such a significant turnover rate in the industry.

The good news is that there are numerous methods and techniques that will help you generate prospects over time. Some of them are free, some are low cost, and many are very expensive.

So where do you start? One place you should consider is farming your current network of friends and family. These are the people that know you, trust you, and like you so it is a very logical place to begin your prospecting.  But you don’t want to come off as pushy or entitled.

Send a personalized letter. If you send the same letter out to all your friends and family they are really going to be annoyed because they’ll sniff out what you are trying to do and you’ll tarnish your reputation. I recommend you write one or two personal letters every day and mail them to each and every person you know.

After you send out all your letters then you should put them on your newsletter list and mail a newsletter once a month, or at the very least six times per year.

Car Sales Follow Up Letter!

Selling cars is not easy. There’s tons of competition and it’s easy to shop online. You can send requests for pricing to multiple dealers in minutes. And your responses and follow methods are crucial to set you apart from the other dealers you’re competing against.

Here are several email letter options that you can model in your dealership (these letters can also be used in printed letters as well. I recommend sending written letters and hand written thank you notes because nobody is doing it anymore and it makes a big impact. Much more so than email).

Real Estate Photography Jobs Sales Letter Sample!

There are many ways to attract new photography clients to your business. Using a photographer sales letter is one of them.

I am a photographer and videographer myself. I have been around amateur and professional photographers for quite some time now and I can safely say that most photographers are terrible at marketing.

Most believe that using marketing material that uses salesmanship to attract new clients is beneath them. They are like many artists and college graduates who believe that if you create great art and you keep your work in front of prospects they eventually buy your stuff.

There is some truth to that. But if you want to attract new clients faster rather than crossing your fingers because you took some great photos lately you need to get out there and promote your services to potential clients.

Probate Prospecting Letter To Executor!

Generating real estate leads in the probate niche requires you to target the right person in charge of the estate and/or estate plan with a prospecting letter. If you target the wrong person it will not be as effective. Usually the person you want to target is the Executor of the state.

You can buy a list of probate properties from several sources online. If that interests you let me know by using the contact form.

After you get the list create a probate prospecting letter and mail it. After a week mail another follow up letter.

If you don’t get a response keep them on your list and use your print newsletter as a tool to keep in contact with them. Eventually, over time, I am confident you will generate a lead to two from this small targeted list.

For more tips please read the ideas and techniques below this sample probate prospecting letter.

Renter Real Estate Marketing Letters!

Below is a two letter sequence with the goal of converting renters into homeowners.

Isn’t it frustrating to see people paying rent when you know they could pay the same amount they are paying in rent, or even less (maybe a little more), and own a home, condo, or townhouse instead?

But the fact is, people who don’t know you are not going to pick up the phone right away and buy a house after one or two letters. But if you warm them up with your letters and establish yourself as the expert you will eventually get someone to make a move.

One way to generate a flow of leads from renters and other niches is to use sales letters in conjunction with newsletters. Basically you send two or three letters over two or three weeks and then follow up with a newsletter every month from then on.

Think about it. Most renters are not considering buying a home the day they get your first or second letter. But they usually will consider this option in the future when some life changing event occurs. For example, maybe one day they realize they are stuffing the pockets of their landlord, or maybe they got a raise, or perhaps they received an inheritance.
