The following mortgage sales letter shown below is a hard hitting emotional direct response style letter. It could use a little touching up. It’s a model for a mortgage direct mail sales letter.

It uses a ‘Grabber’ on the top of the letter which forces people who open the envelope to read the entire letter, or at least give it a good look over.
