Interested in farming local homeowners for leads and referrals? First you should  send a mortgage broker introduction letter and follow up with several more letters, postcards, and a newsletter. This way you farm your local area and get your name in front of homeowners who may have to refinance or get a new loan in the future.

As with most farming letter sequences you should use a promotional item in one or two of your follow up letters. This item can be anything that a homeowner will use regularly over time so that your name stays in front of your prospect long after your letter is thrown in the trash.

Bank Prospecting Letter!

If you want to get commercial loans, deposits, or fee income as a banker or loan advisor you need to do more than call on your current list of clients and prospects.

There are many ways to prospect for new clients. Some techniques are as old as the hills which include walking into a local business or cold calling them on the phone.
