The following mortgage sales letter shown below is a hard hitting emotional direct response style letter. It could use a little touching up. It’s a model for a mortgage direct mail sales letter.
It uses a ‘Grabber’ on the top of the letter which forces people who open the envelope to read the entire letter, or at least give it a good look over.
Also I recommend using a two letter sequence prior to mailing this letter. For more information on grabber letters and lumpy mail sales letters watch this really good video.
Free Mortgage Sales Letter #1:
As you can see I’ve attached a Million Dollar Bill to the top of this letter. Why have I done this? Actually there are two reasons…
#1: What I have to tell you is extremely important and I wanted to be sure to get your attention.
#2: Since I help people save thousands of dollars on their mortgage I thought these Million Dollar Bills were an especially appropriate eye-catcher.
My name is John Sample, and my FREE Mortgage Needs Assessment will help you pay off your mortgage faster without sacrificing your lifestyle (these strategies will knock literally tens of thousands of dollars in interest), save hundreds of dollars on unnecessary closing costs, get through the paperwork faster, and save on other related financial expenses.
Here’s what a few of my clients have to say:
