Day Care Letter!

There are quite a few day care facilities but it’s hard to find a good one. And by good I mean a safe, clean, nurturing day care environment. However, there is a lot of competition in certain parts of the country or city you live in.

But what most day care providers are doing in terms of marketing their business is using word of mouth, social media, and setting up a website. All of these are important parts of your overall marketing strategy but there is a lot more you can do.

For example, you can use direct mail and email marketing.

Sample Day Care Letter Of Introduction To Parents!

Dear Neighbor,

My name is (Name), Owner of (Name of Home Childcare). If you have the need for competent, compassionate childcare, you don’t have to look far! My licensed home daycare business is located nearby at (address).

As a loving, certified professional, I offer a warm, friendly environment that not only provides children with a chance for socialization and fun, but also an opportunity to enjoy a preschool program specifically designed to ensure that children can start school well prepared and eager to learn.

Many people prefer a home childcare setting than one that is in a more formal childcare facility because a home environment is more familiar to child.

Children of different ages mingle in the way that brothers and sisters do, and because I keep my enrollment small, I am able to provide a wonderful adult/child ratio with individualized attention.

Providing childcare in my home is a ‘dream come true’ to me. I have (Number) years of experience in child development and am infant/child CPR certified. In addition to my preschool curriculum, I offer arts and crafts, circle time, music time, and creative play as well as nutritious meals and snacks.

My outdoor play area is shady, safe, and filled with equipment that encourages exercise and exploration. Indoors is just as stimulating with a brightly lit playroom filled with toys, books, puzzles, blocks, paints and much more.

But since ‘seeing is believing,’ I hope that you will accept my invitation to stop by to visit! Although you can visit any time, it’s better to call ahead to make sure that we aren’t away for a nature walk or trip the library. My phone # is (phone #).

I look forward to hearing from you!

Warmly,

You should always follow up with several other forms of marketing including one or two letters, postcards, and best of all a newsletter. If you take the time to use these methods and do them properly you will may find that you will have to expand your business, or at least you’ll get a constant stream of new parents choosing your day care facility for their children.
